The rebate for the homes you are seeing is an exclusive offer from Rebate Real Estate, all inquiries and showings must go through Rebate Real Estate first so that you may qualify for the rebate. Call Mike Taylor 317-362-4064 with any questions.
What is this Rebate thing?
It is pretty simple actually; in most real estate transactions there are two commissions paid by the seller, one to the listing agent and one to the buyer’s agent (Rebate Real Estate). The seller offers a commission to the buyer’s agent for selling their house, this typically ranges from 3.0 – 3.5%.
You choose Rebate Real Estate to represent you as your buyer’s agent and we get paid a commission. Then we rebate part of that commission to you at closing. That’s it. It doesn’t cost you anything AND you get money back at closing. You can also visit our FAQ’s page or our estimate your rebate page for more details.
Please remember it is very important to contact us first to qualify for you rebate!
The rebate is calculated at 25% of the commission on the first $100,000 of the purchase price and 50% of the commission on anything after $100,000 with a minimum commission earned of $2,500. If the total commission earned is less than $2,500, no rebate will be given.
