If you have used our search function lately you may have noticed we did some upgrades to our Indianapolis MLS search and details pages. Our unmatched custom search functions now allow you to search homes for sale in Indianapolis with an unprecedented amount of detail. One of the major things we added to the search page is the “step 6” advanced options. Clicking on this will reveal a whole myriad of options that you may be looking for in your home search.
For example, I can now search in such detail I could easily create the following search: 4 bedroom home in Carmel, walkout basement, 3000+ square feet, at least .5 acres, master bedroom downstairs, cul-de-sac lot, and a neighborhood with a community pool. How cool is that? You can now search in this same detail with our newly upgraded MLS search. Here are the new search features: acres, architectural style, community features, exterior construction, interior features, lot setting / information, master bedroom/bathroom features, and minimum and maximum days on the market.
In addition to the advanced search features we have added, we also added some more detail about the home and the community to each property details page. We have added the following info: days on market, semi-annual tax amount, homeowners’ association dues, price per square foot, and which level/story each room is on.
All of this leads to THE most advanced way to search and view any homes in the Indianapolis area. To use our new search function, visit our Indianapolis MLS search and give it a go. I like the idea of putting more and more power into the hands of the consumer. I think it is great for them to have more control over what properties that they view. And I think it is our jobs as agents to add this value to their home search escapade.
