As of today, there are 829 Indianapolis houses on the market in Pike Township with an average asking price of $142,046.  Over the past twelve months, 1292 home have sold in Pike; this means there is currently a 7.77 months supply of homes currently on the market.
Now is a great time to a house in Indianapolis because the inventory is high and prices are low.  There are more buyers when spring rolls around so if you want to get a great deal on house, buy a home in the winter when sellers are more desperate.  Contact Mike Taylor at Red Door Real Estate to discuss any questions you might have or to find a great deal.
