Intech Park on the city’s northwest side could get bigger if a deal with Browning Investments goes through. Although it would technically not be part of Intech Park, the 15 acres of land lies adjacent to the current office development. If the deal were to be successful, the new park would contain 125,000 square feet of office space in two one-story buildings. The first building could be under construction as soon as next summer.
Intech Park is already the largest office development in the state of Indiana and this addition to the area makes it more desirable for tech related business to call it home. Pike Township real estate stands to benefit the most with more jobs and an increase in the tax base. Browning Investments hopes to complete the land purchase by the first quarter of 2008.
