New Indianapolis MLS

I am very excited to report that MIBOR is releasing a new Indianapolis MLS over the next couple of months.  The new MLS is currently up and running for real estate agents but from what I can tell it is still in Beta form.  I have seen a few glitches, but overall this is a vast improvement over the last system we had. 

So why am I telling you this?  The last system had some limitations and made the monthly report a little sloppy.  This new system should remedy that problem; the new monthly will be way more accurate than before.  So, starting this month I am going to use the new system for the monthly reports.  They should be accurate, but I am still learning this system so if I miss something please understand. 

I am not sure what the upgrade will do to the way consumers search the Indianapolis MLS on MIBOR.  On my site, the transition should be seamless.  If you ever experience any problems searching the MLS on my site, please email me and I will get it taken care of.
