Listing:

May 2007 saw 325 new listings get added to the Fishers real estate market.  The newly added Fishers homes had an average listing price of $299,778.  In May of 2006, there were 388 homes added to the market and the average home in Fishers was listed for $298,363.  The number of homes added to the Fishers real estate market was down 16.24% in May 2007, while the average listing price was up $1,415 or .047% over May 2006.

Pending:

In May 2007, Fishers real estate had 205 properties go pending with an average asking price of $222,885.  The same month 2006 saw 223 properties go pending with an average asking price of $235,209.  That means in 2006 the average home that went pending was $12,324 or 5.23% more than in 2007.

Sold: *

In May 2007, 178 Fishers homes sold with and average sales price of $205,709.  The average home took 78 days to sell and received 97% of the asking price.  In 2006, 168 Fishers homes closed with an average sales price of $194,065.  The average Fishers home in 2006 took 78 days to sell and received 98% of their asking price.  The average selling price in 2007 was up $11,644 or 6% over May 2006. 

As of 6/12/2007, there are currently 819 properties for sale on the Fishers real estate market.  In the past 12 months, 1758 Fishers homes have sold; this means that if no properties are added there is currently a 5.59 months supply of homes on the Fishers real estate market.
