Downtown Fishers could look very different if the new preliminary plans to rebuild the area go through.
Seriously though, the project would cover about 70 acres along
Although they are little late in the game, I think the town council is right about pursuing this project and I think it will have a great impact on Fishers real estate. This could create more of sense of community in Fishers and will also increase the tax base and keep real estate taxes. Does anybody think the price tag is not worth it? Or that it is a bad idea to begin with? Who knows, maybe there is already too much competition out there for this with West Clay, Clay Terrace, etc. I don’t know but I don’t think so, I think with the way the population is increasing there is more than enough growth to support this.
