Dunkin' Donuts Opens First Store in Indy

Dunkin’ Donuts has arrived in Indianapolis; the first of 80 planned locations opened Monday in Carmel.  Although 80 locations around Indy seems like a lot to me, I am super excited to have Dunkin’ Donuts here.  I absolutely love their coffee! 

From what I understand they are hoping to draw business away from the overpriced yet ubiquitous Starbucks.  I for one will be a convert. I don’t stop at Starbucks often because I refuse to pay those prices for average coffee; but I will definitely detour to a Dunkin’ Donuts for an afternoon coffee. 

The next few locations to open will be at 7105 Kentucky Ave, 86^th and Ditch, and 38^th and Shadeland.
