Davis Homes is opening a new community in Carmel, Indiana “The Lakes at Towne Road”. Davis Homes is taking over the project for KB Home which recently pulled out of the development. Davis is also sharing this project with Paul Shoopman Custom
Homes. Paul Shoopman is the former owner of Dura Builders which was bought by KB Homes a few years ago.
The Lakes at Towne Road is located on Carmel’s western borders at Towne road and 136th street just north of the West Clay development.
