Zionsville Real Estate News
Well, it looks like the floodgates are open for the Anson project near Zionsville Indiana. It seems like every other day an announcement comes out that they landed another new tenant for the project. Today it is Primrose Schools, an educational child care company that has agreed to open an 11,000 square foot center in Anson. The center will be home to child care, private preschool, kindergarten classes, and after school programs.
Zionsville real estate is about to changed forever with the arrival of Anson. While the project is actually located in neighboring Whitestown, it is inevitable that such a large project will not significantly impact the Zionsville real estate market. At the moment, the Zionsville address and schools are more desirable and with the influx of businesses and people these newcomers will naturally want to live in Zionsville.
In the past, Zionsville has been slow and/or reluctant to open the doors to any developer looking to take advantage of the prestigious Zionsville address. I am quite sure this is why Zionsville is able to remain such a desirable place to live. It will however become more and more difficult to resist home builders and land developer with Anson coming in right next door.
Will Zionsville see a growth of activity as a result of Anson or will they maintain their slow growth mindset? If Zionsville does see substantial growth, will it loose its identity as a quaint bedroom community?
