2008 Will be Great for Indianapolis Real Estate

I just wanted to wish everyone a happy new year.  I hope everyone enjoyed the holidays, got some rest, and had great visits with family and friends.
I am confident that 2008 is going to be a great year for Indianapolis real estate.  December which is supposed to be a really slow month was one of my busiest yet and I am seeing an increase in website traffic and registrations for the MLS.  There is tons of evidence out there that we are poised for a comeback and 2008 should kick it off.  I look forward to reporting much success this new year.

Interesting. I also have seen a huge increase in use of my website and registrations. I like hearing news like yours as the press never says a thing about local markets that are healthy like Indy and Austin.

I hope so, it is looking like it is going to be a good year here in New Jersey as well.
