Fusion Alliance Adding Jobs in Pike Township by Mike Taylor

Apparently the northwest side of Indianapolis is the place to be for new and expanding businesses.  On the heels of the Medco decision to move to Anson, Fusion Alliance, a technology consulting company revealed plans to expand its headquarters and add more than 110 new jobs by 2010.  Salary information was not released but an experienced software tester can make up to $100,000 per year, with an entry level position earning around $35,000.  That is roughly another $4,000,000 - $11,000,000 pumped into the economy every year for the northwest side.

Maybe Fusion Alliance will need help with all of those people relocating and buying Indianapolis real estate?  I wish I knew someone who gives great personal attention, has immense local...

Rebate Real Estate Joins the BBB in Indianapolis by Mike Taylor

Rebate Real Estate has jumped through some hoops and it now a member of the Better Business Bureau.  I actually went one step further and joined the BBB-online as well so that I could display the logo on the website.  I really want people to know that we are an upstanding business in this community and stand by our word.  What better way to do this than join the BBB?  Rebate Real Estate is an honest, trustworthy company I want the world to know it.

I know when I am online, looking at ads, or looking through the yellow pages (I rarely resort this anymore) when I see the BBB logo I already trust the company more.  I hope this will have the same affect on potential customers and casual internet surfers.

So what do you think?  Good...

Great Indianapolis Mechanic by Mike Taylor

This is another post that has nothing to do with Indianapolis real estate or the like.  This is a recommendation for a great Indianapolis mechanic.  Once you find a good, reliable, and most important, trustworthy mechanic: I feel it is my obligation to spread the word to as many people as possible.

With so many crooked, incompetent, and apathetic mechanics out there it is rare to stumble upon someone like this.  Malless Automotive located on 71st Street in Pike Township is worth the drive to get your care fixed here.  These guys are simply awesome.

I initially went there on a recommendation from my brother in law and have had nothing but great experiences.  I have to admit when I first heard their name I thought it was “Malice”...

Zionsville Gets Medco Facility by Mike Taylor

Well this is kind of old news, but I am a little behind from the holidays.  Medco, the nation’s largest mail order pharmacy distributor, has selected Anson just outside of Zionsville for their newest and biggest facility.  This is HUGE news for the area.  This project promises to employ 1,300 people with an average annual salary of $53,000; that is almost $70,000,000 per year!  Medco will build a 318,000 square foot facility which plans to break ground this March and open some time in 2009.

The decision by Medco will undoubtedly have a great impact on the demand for real estate especially Zionsville real estate and the rest of Boone County.  It should also serve as a major impetus to get started on the homes in Anson, the giant mixed...

2008 Will be Great for Indianapolis Real Estate by Mike Taylor

I just wanted to wish everyone a happy new year.  I hope everyone enjoyed the holidays, got some rest, and had great visits with family and friends.
I am confident that 2008 is going to be a great year for Indianapolis real estate.  December which is supposed to be a really slow month was one of my busiest yet and I am seeing an increase in website traffic and registrations for the MLS.  There is tons of evidence out there that we are poised for a comeback and 2008 should kick it off.  I look forward to reporting much success this new year.
