Plainfield Public Schools currently has more than 4,200 students enrolled in its three elementary schools, one middle school, and one high school. All of the schools in the Plainfileld School Corporation earned the honor of being named 4 star schools by the Indiana Department of Education. The Plainfield Public Schools are also very excited about the brand new high school that is scheduled to open in 2008.
