If there is an area of Indianapolis that epitomizes the term real estate diversity, Lawrence Township is it. Due to the fact that the Geist Reservoir lies partially in Lawrence and it shares its borders with Fishers, Lawrence Township has some of Indianapolis’ most expensive luxury real estate. Lawrence Township offers many Geist waterfront properties that sell for well over $1,000,000. In a stark contrast, on the southern borders of Lawrence there is an abundance of homes available in the $80,000 - $150,000 range. One of the most exciting subjects for the future of Lawrence Township real estate is the development of Fort Benjamin Harrison. The Fort will most likely be developed into a mixed use project to create a new town center.
