Rebate Real Estate is an Indianapolis based Real Estate Brokerage offering full service representation for both buyer’s and seller’s real estate needs. Rebate Real Estate is owned and operated by Michael Taylor a resident of Indianapolis who has experience in Real Estate, Mortgages, and the new home industry.
ABSOLUTELY NOT! Because of our rebates, Rebate Real Estate is able to do a much higher volume of transactions than the average agent does. This benefits you in two ways:
1) You get money back!
2) You will be working with an agent that has experienced many
more situations and is better equipped to handle any situation that
may arise during your real estate transaction.
What kind of service will I get?
You will receive top notch full service from an experienced licensed and insured Realtor.
It is very simple; the first $100,000 of the purchase price is a commission rebate of 25% and anything after that is a straight 50% commission rebate. For example, if you purchased a $300,000 home and the commission was 3.5% you would receive a rebate of $4,375. Here’s how:
Up to $100,000:
$100,000 X 3.5% (Commission) = $3,500 (Gross Commission) X 25% = $875 (Commission rebate on 1st $100,000)
After $100,000:
$200,000 (Remainder of purchase price) x 3.5% (Commission) = $7,000 X 50% = $3,500 - Rebate
Total Rebate on $300,000 home with a 3.5% Commission:
$875 + $3500 = $4,375
Our minimum fee that we charge is $2,500 per transaction; if the commission is less than $2,500 no rebate will be given.

Your Rebate Real Estate check will normally be ready for you at the time of closing.
Do you offer rebates for new or existing homes?
Both. We are a member of Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors (MIBOR) and use the Indianapolis BLC to provide you with thousands of homes offered by other Realtors and we also work with almost every builder in the Indianapolis area.
Can I use the rebate for the home closing?
Absolutely! This is your money and you can do whatever you want with it, subject to lender approval.
Should we contact you first even if we are looking at new homes?
YES! In order for you to receive a rebate, we must register you with builders that you are considering.
How much do you charge to list my home?
Between 4.5% and 5.25%, listed in the MLS and offering a full commission to other brokers. If we list and sell your house we will not charge you double like most agents. We would rather pass that savings on to you and get your business in the future.
